Description
A World Trade Organization protest poster. The WTO was founded in 1995 and replaced the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, established 1947. The WTO is an international organization of 164 member states that deals with the rules of trade between nations. Cristism of the WTO include that the benefits or free trade are not shared equally, the gap between rich and poor continues to grow, and that developing countries do not receive support needed.
