The indications or uses for this product as provided by the manufacturer are:

Use same as you would soap. To cause the meal to flow out freely, seize the monogram on top of can between the thumb and forefinger and turn it around sufficiently to uncover the opening in top of can. Through this opening shake out the Almond Meal as required. To close, reverse the process.
