Partial text: at top in red and black sans-serif font, "LIBERATOR OF CONQUERED NATIONS." At bottom left in white sans-serif font, "The Army Air Forces salute a tough, hard-hitting "ace." At lower right, "U. S. ARMY" and an insignia. Artist signature, "Jo Kotula" at lower right and a stamp at the lower right within the white margin. Duotone.
