Description

Poster for the film “That’s Entertainment!” directed by Jack Haley, Jr. On a black ground. Central image is brightly colored and uses mixed typographical styles to announce the title of the film and names of big hollywood stars from the roster of Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios, including: Cary Grant, Debbie Reynolds, Fred Astaire, Clark Gable, Elizabeth Taylor, Bing Crosby, Cyd Charisse, Gene Kelly, Judy Garland, Mickey Rooney, Ginger Rogers, James Steward, Liza Minnelli, Lena Horn, Donald O’Connor, Jane Powell, Joan Crawford, Harlow, Peter Lawford, Esther Williams, Kathryn Grayson, Red Skelton, Howard Keel, and Ann Miller. At the lower right, a photo collage of some of these actors, and Frank Sinatra.
