T-Shirt, Lindbergh, King Collection

An olive colored t-shirt size XXL with a maroon circle on the back of the shirt. In side the circle line of the circle is white text that marks the 75th anniversary of Lindbergh's flight. Inside the whole circle is an image of the Atlantic Ocean with a gray dashed line beginning in New York and tracing Lindbergh's path to Paris. Printed on top of the line is an image of the Spirit of St. Louis. Below this image is a compass rose with "75th" printed in white in the center. The front of the shirt has the same compass rose design on the left breast.

On May 20-21, 1927, Charles Lindbergh literally flew into history when he crossed the Atlantic Ocean in his Ryan NYP Spirit of St. Louis, thus becoming the first pilot to fly solo and nonstop from New York to Paris. This flight made Lindbergh a household name and catapulted him into fame and celebrity.
