Eight Day Clock composed of a circular rock crystal mount with round dial of sky blue guilloché enamel in a ray pattern, the rotating rose diamond stars indicating the hour, the chapter ring of white champlevé enamel featuring Roman numerals alternating with rosettes, the bezel set with rose-cut diamonds, folding rock crystal strut back, mounted in platinum, with fitted leather Cartier case
