Description

On blue background, the image of a winking cat's head with a yellow eye at center, and a profile of a man at lower right. Dispersed throughout the blue field are jagged shapes in green, yellow, magenta, pink, light and dark blue, and black, all vaguely constituting a cat's body, to compliment the winking head.
