This sheet music is for the song “Somewhere There Are Thousand Broken Hearts” that was written by A. Rossi and composed by T. Acciani. The Fred G. Heberlein Company of New York City published the sheet music in 1916. The cover has an illustration of a soldier walking through underbrush on the left side, and an illustration of a naval officer operating a machine gun on the right side.
