    Description

    This is a retail copy of the PC computer video game Sim City 3000 by Will Wright, published by Electronic Arts and developed by Maxis. It is a city simulation game that allows a user to participate in all elements of planning, constructing, and managing a virtual municipal territory. The object includes a CD-ROM containing the software for the game, a CD jewel case, and a title card insert for the jewel case, which states "Create and control your own urban empire". On the back of the jewel case is an advertisement for Will Wright's 2000 game, The Sims. The CD-ROM indicates the game has an ESRB rating of "E" for everyone. Also included is a 20 page installation guide which details technical requirements, troubleshooting tips, and a list of major difference between SIM City 3000 and SIM City 2000. The minimum specifications for operating the game on computer hardware is as follows: Windows 95 or 98 (operating system); 166 MHz or faster Intel Pentium (processor); 32 MB Ram (memory); 4x CD-ROM drive (disk reader); 2MB Graphics Card, 16-bit Color Capable - DirectX 6 Certified; 230 MB free hard disk space plus space for saved games (additional space required for DirectX (supporting software) and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 installation (PDF software); Sound Card - DirectX 6 Certified.
