Description
Shasta Cream Shampoo was produced by Procter & Gamble, of Cincinnati, Ohio, from 1948 through the end of the 1950s. Advertisements claimed it was "sparkle-giving." The company offered a money-back guarantee, and a 1948 ad includes the Good Housekeeping Seal. In a 1957 promotion, Shasta made your hair "behave the right way—the first day." This bottle dates to about that time.
