This ordinary looking screwdriver was among the tools stowed aboard the Apollo 15 Command Module during the 4th successful Apollo lunar landing mission. Although not listed as part of the official tool kit assembly, it is recorded as removed after flight from stowage locker R5.
NASA transferred it to the Smithsonian in 1976.
