Summary
This is an Astron Alpha flying rocket model made of wood, steel, and cardboard. It is not known whether it was flown. The model has a nylon parachute in the nose. Once the motors stopped burning the parachute deployed and the model gently returned to Earth for reuse. Estes Industries made the model. The donor is unknown.
