Summary
This is a part of the guidance system for the Gemini 3 spacecraft, flown on March 23, 1965, by astronauts Virgil Grissom and John Young. Unlike its predecessor Mercury, the Gemini spacecraft had the ability to change its orbit, which required an on-board inertial guidance system and computer. This unit supplied power to that system.
