Wood grain finish plaque with black and gold engraved plate: "Juvenile Diabetes / Foundation / [drawing of four high-top sneakers] / Walk to Cure Diabetes / Proudly Recognizes / Baby Cake-a / For their outstanding contribution / to / Diabetes Research / Supporting Sponsor Level / Achievement Award / Walk to Cure Diabetes / January 22, 2000". Plaque presented to donor, Kaitlin Papenfuss (now Kaitlin Marie) who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 2. "Baby Cake-a" was Kaitlin's name for "Baby Kate" on the popular animated children's TV show, Arthur.
