Her left hand is resting on the chair back. The man is wearing a dark colored suit with a light colored shirt and bowtie. His left hand is resting on the chair back. Text printed on the card below the photograph says “Schmitz” and “Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.” There are no inscriptions.
