    Description

    A pale blue chiffon long-sleeve dress with pleated skirt and fabric flower at waist worn by Janet Jackson as a child. There is a decorative ivory-colored lace and frill motif at collar, wrists, and 'v' shape at top. There are five white decorative buttons between collar and fabric flower. There are two functional buttons at the end of each sleeve. Zipper and metal hook and thread loop on the dress back are all functional. The dress has a ribbon belt that ties into a bow on the back. A tag at collar with pink stitching on white fabric depicts a stylized flower, pink petals with red center, and reads [DORISSA / OF MIAMI / CARE ON REVERSE]. A small tag at collar, black stitching on white fabric, reads [12].
