7. Fire Chief Rabbit
8. Kissing Bunny

10. Henda, the Fortune Teller

The material was received with an example of the Bird Brain, 2004.0075.01. The documents are undated.
Also included under this index number are three dated documents. They are:
1. A pamphlet entitled The Kissing Bunny – 1954
2. A sheet entitled Welcome to my Show on Keller Breland’s Educated Animals, 1976
3. A December 23, 1980, U.S. trademark registration for the Bird Brain. This is registration number 1,143,966. It reports that the term “Bird Brain” was first used by Animal Behavior Enterprises for a coin operated apparatus in November of 1975 and first used in commerce in January of 1976. The trademark was filed November 21, 1977.
