    Description

    Standing man with an orange flower in his mouth dominates center of red and blue ground. "The Hour of the Rat" printed in gold on bodice of man's black costume. Red and black Japanese text at top; red Japanese text flanks man's figure. In bottom left corner, purple "68/71" in green ovoid shape. In bottom right corner, purple and green image on an ovoid shape.
