Description
Asymmetrical gold (probably gold plated) necklace with 3-piece hinged pendant of applied stylized bird in various openwork and geometric designs, as well as impressed texturization. Five disks with impressed design of sunburst dangle from the central element of the pendant. The pendant hangs on a twisted chain with modern springring clasp. The necklace is probably manufactured and possibly of non-African origin (possibly Mecca).
