    Display model of a Gulfstream GIV two rear-mounted jet engin. "T" tail, business jet aircraft in Gulfstream company livery of white with light blue undersides and gold pinstriping; with stand. 1:50 scale. Ca.1988.

    Summary

    The GIV debuted in 1985 as the first civilian aircraft with digital flight management computers. It featured ocean-spanning range and near-speed of sound cruising. The GIV family, the best-selling large-cabin business aircraft in history, is rooted in Gulfstream’s GI turboprop and GII jet.
