This circuit board is a flight-qualified spare from the Voyager 2 spacecraft's attitude and control system. It was manufactured by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of Pasadena, California and was used in laboratory simulations to resolve in-flight problems encountered by the Voyager spacecraft.
In 1986, Voyager 2 passed close to the planet Uranus and transmitted images of its surface back to Earth.
