An album jacket (2015.195.27b) accompanies the vinyl record. Its front cover is red and has [ELMORE JAMES] printed at the top in large, uppercase, white letters. Below [ELMORE] there is a yellow oval with a pattern around it. Inside this oval, there is a silhouette of a man sitting on a stool, playing a guitar, while smoking a cigar. To the right of the large oval, [Original / Folk / Blues] is printed, as well as a list of all the tracks included in the album. The back cover is white and also has a large oval with a patterned border. [ELMORE JAMES / Original / Folk / Blues] is printed within it, followed by a list of all the tracks on the album.
