A record album with the title Original Folk Blues. The album consists of a single vinyl record (2015.195.27a), which features a black and white label with a notched center hole. The top portion of the label is black, with the record company's logo [DOL] printed in white. Below, [ELMORE JAMES / ORIGINAL FOLK BLUES] appears, also printed in white letters. The songs on either side of the vinyl record are printed below the notched center hole, in the white portion of the label. On [SIDE 1] they are "Dust My Blues," "Sho Nuff I Do," "Wild About You Baby," "Sunnyland," "Mean and Evil" and "No Love in My Heart." On [Side 2] they are "Standing at The Crossroads," "Happy Home," "Dark and Dreary," "Goodbye Baby," Blues Before Sunrise" and "I Was A Fool." An album jacket (2015.195.27b) accompanies the vinyl record. Its front cover is red and has [ELMORE JAMES] printed at the top in large, uppercase, white letters. Below [ELMORE] there is a yellow oval with a pattern around it. Inside this oval, there is a silhouette of a man sitting on a stool, playing a guitar, while smoking a cigar. To the right of the large oval, [Original / Folk / Blues] is printed, as well as a list of all the tracks included in the album. The back cover is white and also has a large oval with a patterned border. [ELMORE JAMES / Original / Folk / Blues] is printed within it, followed by a list of all the tracks on the album.
