Great World War 1914-1917 Medal: Obverse: white enamel Maltese cross with cross swords, gold griffins in each corner of cross, gold bust of the Patriarch depicted in center of medal; Reverse: embossed Cyrillic text and date "1914-1917"; black, red, and white striped silk ribbon.
