Summary
Apollo 17 astronauts used this TV camera lens during their translunar journey. With this lens attached to their Westinghouse color television cameras and connected by a cable to the spacecraft, later Apollo missions could broadcast live color television images from space.
This lens was transferred from NASA to the Museum in 1984.
