Allen & Ginter cigarette card of the boxer John L. Sullivan. Color illustration of the bare-chested boxer wearing a blue and white sash around his waist on the front of the card. The back of the card lists other athletes that appear on Allen & Ginter cards. John L. Sullivan was the last heavyweight champion of bare-knuckle boxing under the London Prize Ring Rules and the first heavyweight champion of gloved boxing.
