This sheet music is for the song “Indiana.” Ballard MacDonald wrote the lyrics to the song and James F. Hanley composed the music. Shapiro, Bernstein & Co. of New York City published this sheet music in 1917. The cover features an illustration of a house on a wooded hill overlooking a lake. Starmer signed the illustration on the lower right of the cover.
