Description
A black-and-white film negative featuring the image of Greenville City Hall. The image is taken from across the street and shows the building outfitted with a stage draped with decorative bunting. Two men stand on the stage in front of the bunting, while several other individuals, including police officers, gather along the steps or in front of the building.
