    Summary

    One bound notebook with an illustrated cover from Hale Woodruff's time at John Herrot Art Institute.
    Notebook contains illustrations in ink and watercolor, mostly of ancient Egyptian craft, sculpture, architectural elements, and ornamental elements. Thumbnail sketches and figure sketches in graphite and charcoal are also present. Notebook contains notes on art history, design, anatomy, and color theory.
    The notebook's enclosure has been scanned.
