Summary
This device, manufactured at the Advanced Technology Laboratories, assisted astronauts Neil Armstrong and Dave Scott with the guidance and control of their Gemini 8 spacecraft, flown on March 16, 1966. This electronics package worked with the horizon sensor, mounted outside the craft, to locate the Gemini capsule with respect to the Earth's horizon.
Transfered from NASA to the Museum in 1972.
