Summary
These gloves are of late Gemini/early Apollo style, and were used with the RX-2A advanced extra-vehicular suit. During suit construction, gloves were to be designed at a later time, and so the wrist disconnects were made to accept the gloves available and then in use. For this reason, Gemini/Apollo gloves were used.
The gloves were designed and constructed by the David Clark Company of Worcester, Mass in the early 1960s.
