    Description

    The fifteen pieces of this dissection fit into a pentagonal box with a wooden base, plastic sides and top, and paper lining. The pieces can be arranged as a regular pentagon, a square or a regular hexagon.
    The pattern is first in 1979.3002.43 (folder 1).
    Drawings of triangle-square-pentagon (14 pieces), triangle-square-pentagon-hexagon (26 pieces), square-pentagon-hexagon (15 pieces), triangle-square-hexagon (13 pieces)dated December 21, 1931 are in 1979.3002.43, folder 3.
    This model apparently is not on Wheeler's list of decompositions of polygons.
