    Description

    This wooden hinged dissection has four pieces that can be arranged as a parallelogram or as a trapezoid. The pieces are colored such that the both the trapezoid and the parallelogram have an inscribed parallelogram.
    This model is listed on Wheeler's list of decompositions of polygons as "Parallelogram into Trapezoid (Small Size Ralph Holm)." He did not assign it a number.
