A pattern for the model, found in 1979.3002.43, folder 1, is dated March 28,1932.
In Wheeler's list of dissections this is described as "Hexagon into three hexagons" and denoted 7HJ. See 1979.3002.43 (folder 2). There is a drawing for 7HJ, dated March 31, 1932, in 1979.3002.49.
