Standing behind him, ready to receive the snap, is a Quarterback wearing the number 10 jersey. The image used on the card actually depicts Joe Gilliam, who wore the number 10 jersey in 1983 rather than Collier. The top of the card reads: [PREMIER USFL TM EDITION] in blue and red text. At the bottom of the front of the card is a graphic of a Washington Federals helmet in profile next to a yellow band with the text: [FEDERALS / REGGIE COLLIER / QB]. The back of the card is red with blue and white fields with red and white text and a graphic of a football with the number [125] in the upper left corner. Below is information on Collier’s height, weight, college, birthdate and home. In the two white and blue fields below the biographical data are his college and USFL career stats.
