Description
Folding screen on plain wood frame, consisting of four rectangular linen-covered panels decorated across front and back. Front: perimeter with a thick blue border surrounding a thinner green border containing bright orange segments on the raw linen ground, suggesting the flames of a fire that overlap the borders at moments on the bottom, sides and top. Back: continuous border of five orange bands surrounding four green spirals on the raw linen ground, one spiral on each panel.
