Summary

As the result of a $24,000 grant from National Medical Enterprises, Inc., to the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, a manual and videotape was made to teach docents, tour guides, etc., appropriate ways to assist disabled visitors. This photo shows a segment shot in the National Air and Space Museum (NASM), with (l-r): Office of Telecommunications' John Hiller, Mark Sakaley, a volunteer from the Department of Commerce, and John Fitzpatrick, contracted for sound production.
