    Summary

    This correspondence was sent by Partz on behalf of General Idea, a Canadian conceptual art collective, to Billy Al Bengston in response to his call for ideas from fellow artists. It includes a certificate, on which the name General Idea has been crossed out and "Billy Al Bengston" is written below. In an attached note, Partz explains the certificate. Also included is the envelope.
