Description

Owney received this identification token from Edgar S. Willey, a rural letter carrier in Elroy, Wisconsin. There is no information to indicate when Willey presented the token to Owney. Elroy was a stop along the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad. Symbols on top of the token indicate that Willey was a Freemason.
