    Description

    Rectangular, curved top and bottom, image text reads horizontally, featuring sepia-toned, hand colored photographic image of structure that resembles an elephant with windows, and tower on its back, inscribed "Elephant Hotel, Atlantic City, N.J." Reverse features photographic image of people strolling on paths in garden-like setting, large building with veranda, canopied windows on ground floor, mansard roof and American flags above, sign in front inscribed "Hotel Shelburne, Atlantic City, N.J." Lid hinged on long side. Striker on opposite bottom.
