    Description

    A copy of "The Dooky Chase Cookbook" by Chef Leah Chase, 4th edition, published by Pelican Publishing Company. The book is 224 pages, hardcover, with a paper dust jacket. The cover is an illustration of a man standing at a pushcart making snow balls. The title of the book is in blue text in a yellow rectangle on the upper center of the cover. The author's name appears at the bottom right corner. The spine and back of the dust jacket are blue-green with white and yellow text. The contents of the book include a Preface, Acknowledgments, Breads and Breakfast Foods, Stews Soups and Gumbos, Sauces, Seafood, Meats, Wild Game, Poultry, Low Sodium/Low Cholesterol Dishes, Vegetables and Rice, Desserts, and an Index.
