Description
Cocktail napkin with Russian Empire flag motif (white, blue, and red tricolor; yellow and black embroidery in the white stripe). Green embroidery around edges. Made by French peasant women in French Lorraine during World War I. Sold in America through the Society for Employment of Women in France.
