Architectural structure holding circular clock, its border encrusted with diamonds, ribbon motifs surrounding the top and bottom; clock hung from tortoiseshell arch with gold floral vines creeping up the two columns and three gold ornaments positioned on top of each column and arch, all on vase of thick lapis.
