"Heart scarab" in fired talc. Definitely fake. Large deposits of talc occur in the Wadi Hammamat; fabricators often mine large quantities of this to make tourist souvenirs/fakes out of. Often fire them, as if they were steatite (though the ancient steatite sources haven't been rediscovered.
