Description
Chuck Hinton was one of many players featured on collectible coins made by Topps and included in packs of baseball cards.
.Hinton was an outfielder for the Washington Senators (1961-64), Cleveland Indians (1965-67, 1969-71), and California Angels (1968). He was named to the American League All-Star team in 1964.
After retirement, Hinton coached the Howard University Bison baseball team from 1972 to 2000. In 1982, he founded the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.
