Object Details

Description

This is a tapered, metal chocolate or spice grater with a hinged lid, open bottom and scalloped top with a hole for hanging. The back of the grater is flat while the front is bowed and has small, raised abrasions to grate material. The hinged lid has a divider piece within the body to create a small holding place. A piece of paper, possibly an old label, is adhered to the back of the object.
