A brown piece of paper folded into three sections. The top section has green lettering "Every Boy's Idol Colonel Charles A. Lindbergh" The middle section has three buttons that are red. The buttons have a black and white image of Lindbergh above an image of a sled in a white box. The text on the button is white "Two Great Flyers Plucky Lindy and the Flexible" The bottom section is an order form for an unspecified number of hundreds of buttons. The section is perforated at the top.

On May 20-21, 1927, Charles Lindbergh literally flew into history when he crossed the Atlantic Ocean in his Ryan NYP Spirit of St. Louis, thus becoming the first pilot to fly solo and nonstop from New York to Paris. This flight made Lindbergh a household name and catapulted him into fame and celebrity. More than 75 years after the Spirit's historic flight, Lindbergh's name still has the power help sell manufactured goods.
