Description
Heavyweight Boxing Champion Jack Dempsey (1895-1983) wore these gloves in a winning title fight against Bill Brennan (1893-1924) at New York's Madison Square Garden on December 14, 1920. Dempsey, a hard hitter from Manassas, Colorado, was one of the most emblematic figures of the period known as "The Roaring Twenties."
