    David Clark Company, Inc.

    Summary

This boot is one half of a pair designed and constructed for training sessions prior to the Apollo program. It has the designation A1-C, but is virtually identical to the earlier G3-C boots that were used for training and Gemini missions.
The boots were designed to be attached directly to the pressure garment and were attached prior to suit donning. Lacing down the front provided fit, and a zip fastener down the front aided donning and doffing.
