    Commemorative Banner; light blue with red fringe boarder and dark blue tasstle; embroidered blue and gold cockade in center of banner surrounded by symbols; embroidered text above cockade "Memento of Japan China War 1894 - 95, Presented to Mr. Art Smith, By Lieutenant-General Nagaoka,Tokio June 1916".
