Mahogany armchair with square tapering front legs which curve inwards. The plain mahogany top rail has beneath it a carved wreath of oak leaves which forms the slat. The seat is upholstered and covered in red silk, with gold embroidered medallion in center. The arms are carved and terminate in eagle heads. The arm supports are formed by lions paw feet. Two festoons of oak leaves rise from the arms to the seat rail. All the carving is gilded.
